Overview
Hello, my name is Nick Tedesco. I attend just finished my first year at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. I am 6’1” tall, weigh 220lbs, bat & throw right handed. I was a member of the 2016 Hofstra University Division I Baseball team where I was redshirted as a freshman. I played High School Baseball for Sachem East High School in Farmingville, NY and batted .450 as a senior. I am also a member of Hanks Yanks travel baseball team sponsored by Hank Steinbrenner of the New York Yankees. Please click on the website links to view my resume and baseball accomplishments.

Mission Statement
I am a very serious baseball player who wants to play college baseball. My mission is to find the right college baseball program for me, one that will allow me to compete at the highest level instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity. I respect the game of baseball, work hard, and play hard. This web site was created to show those aspects of my game so that college coaches can make an honest assessment of my talent and contact me if they are interested.

Philosophy Statement
I have dedicated myself to the game of baseball and I focus on consistent hard work, striving to become a better ballplayer. I believe in being a leader on and off the field by pushing my teammates to be better, picking them up when they are down, and always believing in myself. Character is revealed in times of adversity and baseball provides that adversity. I work hard in the classroom to maintain a mid 90’s average and I am a member of the National Honor Society. I also believe it is important to give back to the community and to others who are less fortunate, which is why I participate in numerous community service events every year.
